Member of the NY and NJ State Bars, United States District Court Southern District of New York. New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Spectrum Project Foundation, Founder of The Rubino Law Firm, Ms. Rubino has developed a diverse practice encompassing a broad range of civil litigation in both State and Federal courts. In particular, Ms. Rubino has advocated for persons who have had their civil rights violated as well as personal injury and property damage cases, real estate litigation and landlord-tenant matters.   Ms. Rubino places the diverse needs of her clients above all else, and helps them conquer their most critical legal challenges through her knowledge, talents and drive.  JenniElena Rubino is most dedicated to serving the interests of her clients


In addition, she regularly represents on a pro bono basis non-profit organizations in connection with community-related matters. Currently, Ms. Rubino is on the board of The Spectrum Project, a non-profit organization advocating on behalf of children with Autism. Her work has included incorporation, 501 (c)(3) tax exemption filings, premise negotiations, fund proposals, and passionately advocating for school programs designed to meet the needs of students with developmental disabilities. For Ms. Rubino, pro bono work is a duty, an honor, and an investment in her community.


Prior to establishing her firm, Ms. Rubino attended New York Law School while co-owning and managing her family’s catering and event staffing company, which is still successfully operating.  That experience gave Ms. Rubino the practical knowledge and drive to establish The Rubino Law Firm. Ms. Rubino leads her firm with valued principles, creativity, dedication and passion on behalf of her clients in all matters.


A self-proclaimed foodie, Ms. Rubino enjoys traveling the world, ballroom dancing, and good company in her free time.
